Vision, Wisdom, Strength
One of the greatest gifts a parent can give to their children is good education. The sole objective of The Wilbur School is providing the best possible education leaving no stone unturned. We are committed to the philosophy of an education system where the CHILD COMES FIRST. The Wilbur School’s philosophy of education stands for vision which leads to wisdom and both these pillars generate the strength in our children.
It is said and we strongly believe that children acquire skills and knowledge if you make the surrounding stimulating and purposeful. In this era of competition it is of paramount importance to impart an integrated education to the future citizens of the nation .The Wilbur School lays special emphasis on both the co-curricular and extracurricular activities providing students an edge over others and shows path to be a leader in the respective fields of activity. Our goal in The Wilbur School is to provide an enriching, engaging and challenging curriculum that which channelizes the creative aspect of the child.
The school aims at striving for excellence by preparing students for learning beyond their school years and assisting them to become lifelong learners, as well as helping them to be self-directed, realistic, and responsible decision makers when solving problems that they will encounter in our multicultural, ever-changing world. Ultimately, each student will gain from his/her life at school according to the effort they apply.
We believe that young people grow and learn through experiences. Out of experience come certain general guides to behaviour. These guidelines give direction to our lives and may be called "Values." Since we see values as growing from students' experience we would expect that these could be modified as experiences accumulate and change. Hence, processes are as important as product.
I believe and ensure that when students come to The Wilbur School they will benefit from the humanistic, academic and extra curricular activities. I hope they find The Wilbur School as their second home, where they feel, welcomed and wanted. I hope this effort of our minds will serve as a stepping stone towards many milestones we have to cover in the pursuit of excellence.
