International Day of Yoga
Today, on the occasion of International Day of Yoga, a special yoga session was conducted in our school where all teachers participated together with great enthusiasm. During the session, Mr. Chandan Sir and Mr. Madhur Garg guided the teachers and explained the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being.
Teachers actively performed various yoga practices such as Shashkaran, Tadasana, Pranayama, and Anulom Vilom together. The session highlighted the significance of making yoga a part of daily life for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
