The Wilbur School’s philosophy of education stands for vision which leads to wisdom and both these pillars generate the strength in our children.

It is said that we strongly believe that children acquire skills and knowledge if you make the surroundings stimulating and purposeful. In this era of competition, it is of paramount importance to impart an integrated education to the future citizens of the nation. The Wilbur School lays special emphasis on both co-curricular and extracurricular activities providing students an edge over others and showing path to be a leader in their respective fields of activity. Our goal in The Wilbur School is to provide an enriching, engaging, and challenging curriculum that channelizes the creative aspect of the child.

We believe that young people grow and learn through experiences. Out of experience come certain general guides to behaviour. These guidelines give direction to our lives and may be called "Values." Since we see values as growing from students' experience we would expect that these could be modified as experiences accumulate and change. Hence, processes are as important as products.

I believe and ensure that when students come to The Wilbur School they will benefit from the humanistic, academic, and extra-curricular activities. I hope they find The Wilbur School as their second home, where they feel, welcomed and wanted.
